Roman London Family Quest

The Roman London Family Quest returns!

Grab your little gladiators, put on your helmets, and head forth to conquer Londinium!

London’s Roman Amphitheatre, the London Museum, and the London Mithraeum Bloomberg SPACE are joining forces to explore Roman Londinium on this fun, interactive family day.

Follow a special trail between these historic Roman locations, complete quests along the way and collect a prize. Creative, hands-on and educational activities will be available at the Mithraeum and the Roman Amphitheatre.

You can also join a guided walking tour between the sites and travel back 2,000 years to explore the streets of Roman Londinium. Discover a hidden amphitheatre, a mysterious temple and the site of a forgotten river, while hearing stories of gladiators, merchants, soldiers and life in ancient London.

The event is aimed at children aged 5–11, but all ages are welcome.

Tickets: This event is free. Please book your free time slot for the London Mithraeum Blooomberg SPACE on the Mithraeum website, and book a slot for the Roman Amphitheatre for 14 August and 15 August accordingly.

Please be aware that the London Museum activities will be based at the Guildhall Art Gallery.

A walking bus with specially trained guides will be moving between the two venues.
